Duties and Responsibilities

  • Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using strong arguments.
  • Analyzes potential customer requests to meet their needs.
  • Creates, develops, and maintains professional relationships with customers.
  • Expedites the resolution of issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieves agreed sales targets and results.
  • Coordinates the customer registration process in CRM with other departments.
  • Selection of the designated territory for promotion in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Field contact collection (based on daily targets).
  • Reporting daily data to the sales supervisor.
  • Follow-up of contacts in their portfolio.
  • Attendance of daily meetings.
  • Conducting negotiations for signing contracts with customers at stands or meetings.
  • Suggests new products to meet specific customer requirements.

Main Criteria

  • Education: Must have completed university.
  • Foreign languages: English.
  • Must be communicative.
  • Must be able to work in a team and under workload.
  • Adaptability to different work schedules.
  • Must have experience in customer relations.
