Duties and Responsibilities
- Presents, promotes, and sells products/services using strong arguments.
- Analyzes potential customer requests to meet their needs.
- Creates, develops, and maintains professional relationships with customers.
- Expedites the resolution of issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Achieves agreed sales targets and results.
- Coordinates the customer registration process in CRM with other departments.
- Selection of the designated territory for promotion in collaboration with the sales team.
- Field contact collection (based on daily targets).
- Reporting daily data to the sales supervisor.
- Follow-up of contacts in their portfolio.
- Attendance of daily meetings.
- Conducting negotiations for signing contracts with customers at stands or meetings.
- Suggests new products to meet specific customer requirements.
Main Criteria
- Education: Must have completed university.
- Foreign languages: English.
- Must be communicative.
- Must be able to work in a team and under workload.
- Adaptability to different work schedules.
- Must have experience in customer relations.
