Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving, informing, and organizing customer requests accordingly.
- Processing customer payments using the store's POS & CASH system.
- Coordinating and maintaining reports of daily actions performed by the employee.
- Informing, advising, signing, and registering the contract in the system (CRM).
- Informing, advising, signing, and registering contract renewals in the system (CRM).
- Coordinating sales and customers with team members and other departments.
- Reporting customer needs, problems, and interests to the supervisor.
- Drafting and timely sending of emails to other departments.
- Responsible for store CASH and depositing it in the bank.
- Opening and escalating TTs (trouble tickets) in CRM for various customer issues.
- Maintenance and reporting of materials needed for the store.
- Responsible for equipment inventory.
- Achieving personal targets set by the respective manager.
- Excellent communication to ensure maximum satisfaction for customers and prospects.
Main Criteria
- Education: Must have completed university education.
- Foreign languages: English.
- Must be communicative.
- Must be able to work in a team and under workload.
- Adaptability to different work schedules.
- Must have experience in customer relations.
