Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of FTTx fiber optic projects; fiber laying according to relevant standards and timely problem resolution, meeting requirements and required service levels.
- Network maintenance; identifying damage and mobilizing all resources to minimize incident resolution time.
- Reporting and proposing final solutions for technical problems.
- Regular reporting to the group supervisor.
- Ensuring technical safety regulations are strictly followed.
Main Criteria
- Previous experience in fiber optic laying and in FTTx, GPON projects, etc.
- Good technical skills for fiber optic works, including laying in underground, aerial, and facade networks.
- Ability to work in a group and organize team tasks.
- Must be disciplined, motivated, and organized.
- Technical secondary education preferred.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
